Lionel G. Henderson serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc. As such, the responsibility for direction and management of services performed by the firm is assigned to Mr. Henderson. Mr. Henderson is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California, Georgia, and the District of Columbia, and has over 25 years of diversified auditing, accounting, financial, and operational management experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

Mr. Henderson obtained substantive experience from work in key management and policy-making positions. For example, he served seven years as Auditor-in-Charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he coordinated the work of an audit staff in performing financial audits, review, and inspections of numerous facilities and systems.

As both the Director of Accounting and Operations Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation, Mr. Henderson designed, implemented, staffed, and operated two large insurance programs, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Flood Insurance Program, and the State of California's, Residential Earthquake Recovery Fund.

Since January, 1986, Mr. Henderson has served as President of Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc. Mr. Henderson's role on all engagements is to ensure that Project Team members clearly understand the client operating environment and contracting objectives and that there are controls in place to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Sophy J. Chung serves as Senior Vice President and is responsible for fiscal operations and for providing administrative support for LH projects. She has more than 20 years of accounting operations experience. Ms. Chung served as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), where she coordinated internal and external audits and served as technical services liaison, along with her primary responsibility of monitoring the Program's budget. Ms. Chung has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics.

Jeff Withrow serves as Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for oversight and execution of the ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System. He has more than 20 years of experience managing commercial and Government contracts including experience with the U.S. Navy, IBM, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Department of Energy, and the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Withrow has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
