Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc.

Lionel G. Henderson serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc. As such, the responsibility for direction and management of services performed by the firm is assigned to Mr. Henderson. Mr. Henderson is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California, Georgia, and the District of Columbia, and has over 25 years of diversified auditing, accounting, financial, and operational management experience in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

Mr. Henderson obtained substantive experience from work in key management and policy-making positions. For example, he served seven years as Auditor-in-Charge at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), where he coordinated the work of an audit staff in performing financial audits, review, and inspections of numerous facilities and systems.

As both the Director of Accounting and Operations Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation, Mr. Henderson designed, implemented, staffed, and operated two large insurance programs, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Flood Insurance Program, and the State of California's, Residential Earthquake Recovery Fund.

Since January, 1986, Mr. Henderson has served as President of Lionel Henderson & Co., Inc. Mr. Henderson's role on all engagements is to ensure that Project Team members clearly understand the client operating environment and contracting objectives and that there are controls in place to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Sophy J. Chung serves as Senior Vice President and is responsible for fiscal operations and for providing administrative support for LHC projects. She has more than 20 years of accounting operations experience. Ms. Chung served as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), where she coordinated internal and external audits and served as technical services liaison, along with her primary responsibility of monitoring the Program's budget. Ms. Chung has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Economics.

Alan V. Pryor serves as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for oversight of government contract operations and client relations. Mr. Pryor has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations and corporate management. Mr. Pryor has extensive experience in the oversight and direction of government contracting operations including meeting financial and operational objectives, implementation and maintenance of internal controls and procedures and providing leadership for the growth of the organization. Mr. Pryor has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech and is a licensed CPA in the state of Virginia.

Mr. Pryor was previously Chief Financial Officer for Chase Corporate Consulting which provided consulting services to federal government contracting companies. Services provided were in the areas of technical and cost proposal preparation, marketing, and operational activities development and implementation.

Mr. Pryor also served as President and Controller for National Con-Serv Inc., a government contracting company. In that capacity Mr. Pryor was responsible for oversight and direction of the company’s entire operation. He was responsible for meeting all financial objectives at both the project and corporate level, preparation and production of corporate proposals included development of pricing, conducting contract negotiations, and the development of the annual and long range business plan.

Jeff Withrow serves as Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for oversight and execution of the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System. He has more than 20 years of experience managing commercial and Government contracts including experience with the U.S. Navy, IBM, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Department of Energy, and the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Withrow has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
